About
Maison ED was founded on a simple observation.
The world’s most exceptional hotels rarely struggle because of a lack of marketing. They struggle when their story becomes fragmented, when brand, communications, partnerships, digital presence, and commercial ambitions begin to move in different directions.
Maison ED was created to bring
that perspective to hospitality brands.
Over twenty years working with some of the world’s leading hospitality brands, one lesson remained constant. The strongest brands are never built by a single campaign or a beautiful advertisement. They are shaped through countless thoughtful decisions, aligned with purpose, executed consistently, and always guided by a clear vision.
Not as a traditional agency. Not as an external supplier.
But as a strategic partner who understands that every touchpoint influences perception, every partnership should have purpose, and every marketing decision should contribute to both brand equity and commercial success.
Our role is to help exceptional brands evolve, refining their positioning, strengthening their reputation, creating meaningful collaborations, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. Whether supporting a hotel opening, guiding a repositioning, or advising leadership teams through moments of transformation, our approach remains the same: thoughtful, considered, and always aligned with the long-term ambitions of the brand.
Because the brands people remember are rarely the ones that speak the loudest.
They are the ones that leave a lasting impression.

Endamia Karina Decour
Known simply as Mia, Endamia Decour is a French marketing and communications strategist with Indonesian roots and more than 20 years in luxury hospitality.
Her career began at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta, before taking her across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. She later returned to the brand as Director of Marketing & Communications at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, bringing her journey full circle in one of the world’s most sophisticated hospitality markets.
In Doha, Mia spent seven years with Four Seasons Hotel Doha, shaping the hotel’s positioning and leading the launch of Nobu Doha, then the world’s largest Nobu. She later led the pre-opening marketing and communications for Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha at the iconic Katara Towers, developing the positioning and storytelling for two distinctive luxury brands opening simultaneously.
As part of this landmark opening, she also shaped the launch strategy for Alba by three-Michelin-starred chef Enrico Crippa at Raffles Doha. In its first year, Alba became Qatar’s only restaurant to be included in the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants; one of many successful projects built through thoughtful positioning, partnerships and audience strategy. Her career also includes The W Hotel and The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotels & Resorts.
Maison ED was born from this experience and a clear conviction: exceptional brands rarely need more marketing, they need clarity, consistency and a strategy that creates desire and meaningful growth. Through Maison ED, she helps remarkable hotels define their position, tell their story with confidence and turn ambitious ideas into meaningful results.
